Great song

Jeesus fuck Death-9 could you romp on a kids talents any harder? He's 13 years old. All kids 13 years of age have voices like that, its not like he can do anything about it if he wants to sing his own lyrics (to you too, ph0ne).
I however do appreciate the actual critiquing you guys both did. Great critiquing, but that's all he needed, you know? The negative comments could have been left out. Seriously.

Great song, SoD. Keep it up, I wanna hear a remastered version of this song. Take Death-9's and ph0ne's critiques into consideration and apply it to your song. Like ph0ne said: This song has some serious potential.

Beautiful

That was awesome. I loved it. However I have to be honest and say that the sudden change at 1:24 was a little abrupt. I didn't really enjoy 1:24-1:40 too much, I felt it took the gentle flow away from the song.

Other then that it was absolutely beautiful. Keep up the good work.

I actually thought over that spot you mentioned quite a bit. I contemplated smoothing that transition and the following phrase (which has a huge discord) but in the end decided that I liked the slightly shocking effect. I wanted it to feel like having your hopes dashed in a stunning/surprising way. So at any rate, the result was slightly uncomfortable, but it felt more emotionally real to me. Good point though, I actually agree with you there :D

That's some awesome guitar work there, bro! I loved it, to say the least! It reminds me of Pat Metheny's more chill songs. Has a latin feel, for sure.

It sounds very familiar to the end of the song Surrealism by 4one. The piano and string synths, anyways. I'm guessing you were inspired by it?

Sounds pretty good. You should fix up the piano timing and add a bit more.

yes, actually, but only the synth sound... i just made the piano part, than used the chords from my piano and put them in synth, worked pretty well. and, I've been working with it to improve timing and give it more mass. Thnx for the listen
